The Modular degassing station MDS is equipped with stainless steel tanks, available in 28 Lt and 46 Lt as standard sizes (60 and 100 liters tanks available on request). They are equipped with levels controls, product inlet valve, manometer, vacuum inlet valve, vacuum relief valve and sight window. They could be equipped with electrically driven low speed and gear reduced agitators for filled materials, to ensure the complete homogenization and avoid settles. The MDS can operate in batch mode or in continuous feeding-degassing mode with a PLC controller and a user-friendly interface.
